Place the plain flour, caster sugar and coco powder into a medium bowl. Mix in the egg, milk and rapeseed oil and vanilla bean paste with a whisk.
Divide between the 2 small mugs or cups. Push 1 tbsp of chocolate drops into each mug.
To cook, microwave in the mug for 3 minutes on high (700watts microwave) but check after 2 and half minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving it with the topping. Repeat the cooking process for the other chocolate mug.
