Pancake Crepes

Try our delicious pancake crepes. Our favourite topping is Nutella but play around with your own topping ideas.

Ingredients

  • 125g plain flour
  • 300ml of milk
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl
  2. Make a well in the flour and add the egg then add some milk and start whisking
  3. Keep adding the milk while whisking
  4. Add a pinch of salt
  5. Keep whisking until you have a smooth batter
  6. Allow the batter to stand for approx 20-30 minutes
  7. Lightly grease a small non stick frying pan with either butter or sunflower oil
  8. Pour enough batter to cover the end of the pan
  9. Once you see little bubbles flip the pancake and fry the other side until golden brown
  10. Spread Nutella on one side of the pancake or whatever topping you want and serve
